T&H Mechanical Systems
Requiring a redesign and optimization of their current online marketing materials, T&H Mechanical Systems asked us to solve a variety of challenges they had faced in the past. The website had to attract and most importantly, easily serve their customers. A major objective was to place more emphasis on maintenance contracts as opposed to just installs.
The site itself instills a level of trust in the company. The whole story is told within the pages; from testimonials of those that have used their services to professional accreditation to explaining what a customer can expect. We also wanted to educate the customer about maintenance, that it must be done for peak performance and that T&H Mechanical is an industry leader that offers it.
From a technical standpoint we developed the site in a manner that allows for easy viewing from the Desktop to a large variety of mobile devices. Editing is made simple through WordPress. We also used Setster appointment software to allow for a seamless customer experience.
