Brookfield Craft Center Website and Consulting
At the request of Lisa Cioban, a former colleague of mine, I contacted the Director of the Brookfield Craft Center, Jack Russell. This was the beginning of a great relationship.
We revised their old website to accommodate more materials and make updates simpler. I also consulted with them to get a Constant Contact account. After setting up the system and some light training the staff just ran with it.
We integrated an eCommerce Shopping Cart. Many of the craftspeople loved the convenience of online class registration. So much that over half of their sales came from that route. We later moved to the donated Volusion shopping cart which made sales easier after the initial training and software usability tweaks. In moving from off-line sales to Authorize.net we created a more secure, user-friendly experience.
